KAYAKING


Recreational kayaking is an easy way for anyone to discover waterways. It offers a tranquil mode of transportation to peruse an inlet and allows the paddler to stop and appreciate a waterscape while exploring a region. Some activities include nature discovery, and navigational exploration.


Kayaking works your core through torso rotation movement. It works your upper body when you take paddle strokes. It works your cardio through fast-paced, heart-pumping movement.


From Beginner to Novice I will work with your skill level on various waterways.

HIKING & WALKING


Walk: A walk tends to be done on defined tracks and reasonably smooth surfaces without too many obstacles in the way.

Hike: A hike tends to be longer and harder walks that are usually on trails through the mountains or trails through bush or countryside terrain


Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise, which builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis
